Bishop Henry M. Washington, Ph.D., is fondly known to most as "Coach". He has been the Executive Director and Chief Advocate of the Office of the Ecclesiastical Council since 1993, representing more than 2,450 churches, fellowships and ministries in the United States, Canada and Germany. He also serves as Advisor to the CME, AME, Full Gospel, Churches of God in Christ ministries, and a host of non-denominational ministries. Bishop Washington is also the Advisor to the presiding Bishop of the Fellowship of Independent and Global Churches and Ministries, Inc., and is the Financial Advisor to the organization. Patricia Y. Byrd serves as Associate Consultant and Director of Business Affairs and Administration for the Office of the Ecclesiastical Council, under the guidance of Bishop Henry M. Washington, Ph.D. She assists in developing funding strategies and solutions in support of the financial recovery of churches, ministries, 501(c)(3) community development corporations, other non-profit organizations, and small, minority and women-owned businesses.
